I love eating, cooking, and using wholesome, nutritious ingredients to make the most delicious food possible. Though I’ve worked in restaurants for the past 15 years- doing everything from bartending, to managing, to making pasta- I am by no means a professional chef. This blog is a love letter to home cooking, from start to finish: menu planning, adventures in grocery shopping/ingredient hunting in the city, embracing the flaws and imperfections of a home-cooked meal, and strong-arming my loved ones into eating their vegetables. With noodles, of course.
